Thai-Speaking B2B Appointment Setter — ESG & Sustainability Meetings (Thailand)

An international client planning a November business visit to Thailand needs a Thailand-based, Thai-speaking appointment setter to personally build interest and arrange confirmed face-to-face meetings during the stay. This is hands-on outreach — not just supplying a database or sending bulk emails. Target sectors: ESG, sustainability, environmental consulting, carbon/climate services, corporate reporting, certification and professional consulting. What you'll do - Research and shortlist relevant companies and identify the right decision-makers - Contact prospects via phone, LINE, LinkedIn, email and your own networks - Introduce the purpose of the visit, follow up to generate genuine interest, and coordinate schedules - Arrange confirmed in-person meetings and maintain a simple tracker (companies contacted, contacts, responses, follow-ups, confirmed meetings) What we're looking for - Based in Thailand; native/fluent Thai with good English - Strong B2B communication and appointment-setting ability - Comfortable calling and directly approaching senior decision-makers (founders, CEOs, MDs, partners) - Background in business development, professional services, consulting, sustainability/ESG or B2B tech valued; existing Thai corporate networks a major advantage How it works - Short-term project leading up to the November visit. - Open to a combination of a fixed fee plus performance-based pay per qualified meeting arranged and attended. - Apply through iince with your experience, channels, sector connections, expected company reach and proposed fee structure.
