Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Social-Commerce SaaS (Remote, Canada)

A social-commerce SaaS company — the kind that powers shoppable Instagram, TikTok and user-generated-content galleries for online stores — is hiring its first Sales Development Representative. You'll own outbound: connecting with prospective merchants, building target-account lists, and running creative multi-channel outreach to book qualified meetings. It's an entrepreneurial, entry-into-SDR role where you help build the sales-development playbook from scratch. What you'll do - Use the ideal-customer profile to build an evolving list of target accounts and contacts - Create multi-channel outbound sequences of attention-grabbing messages (email, social and more) - Experiment constantly to increase the number of meetings booked - Track meetings and notes in the CRM and meet regularly with internal teams for feedback - Hit and exceed monthly "qualified meetings booked" targets What we're looking for - A track record in outbound sales or business development (SaaS/B2B preferred) - Strong bias for action — you push things forward - Clear, confident communication that grabs attention - Highly organized with attention to detail, and eager to learn and test new ideas - Nice-to-have: ecommerce experience and familiarity with CRMs/sales tools (e.g. HubSpot) How it works - Ongoing full-time remote role based in Canada. - Apply through iince.
