Sales Prospecting & Outreach VA - LinkedIn & Email Outbound (Remote)

A commercial insurance business is hiring a virtual assistant for daily sales prospecting and outreach. The role is LinkedIn and email outbound prospecting - researching companies and decision-makers, building targeted prospect lists, sending personalized outreach and keeping the pipeline flowing so the sales team gets qualified commercial insurance opportunities. What you'll do: - LinkedIn prospecting: research companies and decision-makers, build targeted lists and prepare personalized messages - Use Apollo to identify qualified prospects and find contact information - Send personalized outbound emails and manage follow-up sequences - Track responses, follow up with interested prospects and flag promising leads for the sales team - Maintain accurate prospect lists in Google Sheets (log activity, track follow-up dates, update lead statuses) - Keep new prospects flowing into the pipeline with no missed follow-ups What we're looking for: - Strong written English and attention to detail - Experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, Google Sheets and outbound sales prospecting - Organized, reliable and comfortable working independently - Able to personalize outreach rather than rely on generic messages How it works: Apply through iince.
