Outbound Appointment Setter - Email & Instagram DM Outreach, No Cold Calls (Remote, US Eastern)

A marketing agency that helps local businesses get found on Google and runs their social media is building an outbound sales team and needs an appointment setter to feed it. The work is email and Instagram DM outreach - no cold calling - to local businesses in the Washington DC / Maryland / Virginia area, booking intro calls on the agency's calendar. What you'll do: - Build lead lists of local businesses (restaurants, med spas, dentists, salons) in Apollo and Google Maps - Send 50-100 personalized email and Instagram DM messages a day from provided scripts - Reply to responses within the hour during your shift and book intro calls - Log every touch, reply and booking in the CRM the same day - Follow up on open proposals on a schedule - Send a short end-of-day report (sent, replies, calls booked) What we're looking for: - Prior outbound email or DM outreach experience you can show - Clean, natural written English - Not afraid of a 'no'; persistent - Strong spreadsheet/CRM discipline and organization How it works: Apply through iince. Shortlisted applicants complete a paid 2-hour test task before any interview.
