Healthcare & Group Home Referral Outreach VA - Outbound Calling (Remote, US Hours)

A US-based residential housing company that operates group homes is hiring a part-time outbound calling virtual assistant. You'll contact US healthcare and housing professionals - hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers and housing agencies - introduce the company's housing services and develop referral relationships. The core deliverable is consistent outbound outreach that feeds interested referral leads to the US team. What you'll do: - Make outbound calls to healthcare and housing professionals - Log call outcomes, schedule callbacks and follow up with contacts - Pass interested referral leads to the US team - Document all calls, conversations, callbacks and interested contacts What we're looking for: - Previous cold calling experience - this is NOT an entry-level role - Excellent spoken English and experience speaking with US professionals - Proven ability to handle high outbound call volume - A personal laptop/desktop, stable high-speed internet, noise-cancelling headset and a quiet workspace - Willingness to work US business hours consistently - Nice to have: experience calling US healthcare providers, home care agencies, discharge planners, social workers or residential care organizations How it works: Apply through iince.
