Bilingual (English/Spanish) Real Estate Cold Caller & Lead Manager — Remote, Part-Time (US Eastern)

A Florida-based real estate investment company (they buy houses directly from sellers) needs a warm, sharp bilingual caller to hand-dial seller leads, hold genuine conversations in English and Spanish, qualify motivated sellers and book appointments for the owner. This is manual dialing only — no autodialers, no prerecorded messages. What you'll do - Hand-dial seller leads from the CRM (GoHighLevel) and hold real, human conversations - Qualify sellers on motivation, property condition, timeline and price - Book appointments for the owner and follow up to keep them on the calendar - Keep the CRM clean: same-day notes, pipeline hygiene and a short daily report - Call only approved, DNC-scrubbed lists, within 8am–8pm the lead's local time What we're looking for - Fluent, clear spoken English (near-native / C1+) that lands well on US phone calls - Fluent spoken Spanish - 6+ months of outbound calling (real estate experience preferred); GoHighLevel a plus - Patience with distressed sellers, a calm voice and thick skin - A quiet workspace, USB headset, 25+ Mbps internet and a power/internet backup How it works Ongoing part-time schedule of about 20–25 hours/week, Monday–Friday (optional Saturday), on US Eastern time.
