Business Development Representative (BDR) — Outbound Prospecting, Remote (US)

We're hiring an entry-level Business Development Representative (BDR) for a growing US B2B software company. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, finding and creating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting - mainly cold calling and email outreach across several channels. No senior or closing experience required; this is a true entry-level sales role. What you'll do - Reach out to leads by phone, email and social media to spark interest - Research, qualify and prioritize prospects and opportunities - Align outbound activity with account-based marketing campaigns - Book discovery meetings between qualified leads and the sales team - Keep accurate prospect records in the CRM - Hand off qualified leads cleanly to Account Executives What we're looking for - Comfort with high-volume outbound activity (calls, emails, social) - Ability to research, qualify and prioritize leads - Cold calling and cold emailing to introduce products and services - Rapport-building and a knack for understanding prospect needs - CRM record-keeping discipline - Entry-level - we're open to people early in their sales career How it works Apply through iince.
