Business Development Representative (BDR) — Database Technology (Remote, Romania)

An established database technology company is hiring an entry-level Business Development Representative to qualify inbound marketing leads and reach potential customers through cold outreach. You'll develop a managed territory, uncover customer pain points, and set qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives. The company has a consistent track record of promoting BDRs, so this is framed as a career-entry sales role. What you'll do - Develop a territory with a mix of inbound marketing-lead qualification and outbound cold prospecting - Run inbound/outbound campaigns together with Sales and Marketing - Interact with IT and business decision-makers by phone and email - Schedule discovery calls and set qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives - Keep lead and prospect activity updated in the CRM (Salesforce, Salesloft) and exceed monthly/quarterly opportunity quota What we're looking for - 1–3 years of B2B business development experience - Outstanding communication and listening skills - Self-starter mindset and comfort with cold outreach by phone and email - CRM discipline (Salesforce, Salesloft) - Bilingual is an advantage (French, German, Spanish or Arabic) How it works - Ongoing full-time remote role based in Romania. - Apply through iince.
