The brief
A merchant-services provider wants to reach small and midsize businesses with a no-cost review of their card-payment rates. We're looking for someone who can find the right people and open the conversation by email.
What you'll do
- Research and identify key decision-makers (owners, executives, finance and operations leaders) at small and midsize retail shops, hotels and restaurants
- Confirm roles and find publicly available business email addresses
- Build a clean, targeted prospect list
- Write and send concise, personalised outreach introducing a complimentary merchant-services rate review
- Track delivery, responses and follow-ups, and report on contacts made and opportunities
What we're looking for
- Experience in B2B prospect research and decision-maker identification
- Strong, professional written English for cold outreach
- Care with data accuracy and email verification
- Knowledge of email-outreach compliance and good sending practice
- Organised reporting on campaign results
