Appointment Setter — Outbound Calls for a Home-Services Company (Remote, US)

A US home-services company (backup power, heating/cooling and home comfort & safety) is hiring a full-time Appointment Setter. You're the first voice homeowners hear: you call, introduce the company and its solutions, build quick rapport and schedule appointments for the sales team. No prior experience is required — a positive attitude and strong communication matter most. What you'll do - Make outbound calls to homeowners and start friendly, confident conversations - Explain the benefits of the home-improvement solutions in plain language - Schedule appointments for the sales team and confirm them with follow-up calls - Record call outcomes and appointment details accurately in the system - Follow call scripts and scheduling procedures and work toward daily/weekly goals What we're looking for - Strong verbal communication and people skills - Comfortable talking with homeowners by phone — friendly, professional, confident - Reliable, punctual and self-motivated, with good time management - Willing to learn the services, the process and appointment-setting techniques - Goal-oriented, able to work toward performance targets - Previous appointment-setting, customer service, telemarketing or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement How it works Full-time and remote, open to applicants based in the United States.
