The brief
An early-stage identity and compliance platform is building two products under one brand — a mobile identity wallet and a web operations dashboard — and needs a product designer to create a shared design system and the main user flows so engineering can build without inventing UX along the way. This is a full product and UI engagement covering information architecture, a token-based design system, and high-fidelity screens.
What you'll do:
- Build a shared Figma library with reusable components, variants, and states for web and mobile
- Design a token-based design system with light and dark semantic tokens mapped to existing brand colors and fonts
- Design core end-to-end flows: mobile onboarding, consent approval, and a web project-to-partner onboarding flow
- Deliver clickable prototypes and high-fidelity priority screens in both themes
- Prepare handoff notes and a human-readable glossary of status labels
What we're looking for:
- A strong portfolio of design systems and products across web and mobile
- Confident Figma skills: auto-layout, variants, tokens, and prototyping
- Comfort working from live code tokens and talking directly with engineers
- Ability to design dark-mode token pairs and component states
- Experience with identity, KYC, consent, or compliance work is a plus, not a requirement
How it works:
- Apply through iince. We review every application and, when you're a fit, we introduce you to the client. The client provides staging builds or a walkthrough, token values, a domain glossary, and a product owner plus an engineer for questions. Please share a short note on your experience, one or two case studies of design-system and flow work across web and mobile, and your availability.
How applying works
- Your profile and the short skill tests for this role, about twenty minutes the first time.
- With an account, your details and passed tests are reused; only missing tests are taken.
- We review every application personally and introduce the best fits to the client by email.
