The brief

A government ministry in Central America is building a web-based public investment management system and needs a UI/UX designer to join the ongoing project. You'll design clean, professional screens for a large administrative web application — forms, tables, dashboards, and reports — and build and maintain the project's Figma component library, following the institution's official brand guidelines. All deliverables are in Spanish. What you'll do: - Design admin screens for a data-heavy web application (forms, tables, dashboards, reports) - Build and maintain a Figma component library using components and variables - Follow the institution's official brand guidelines - Iterate on feedback from the client and end users What we're looking for: - Solid experience designing web applications, not just landing pages - Strong command of Figma, including components and variables - A good eye for clear, usable layouts of data-heavy screens - Professional working Spanish (all deliverables are in Spanish) - Organized, responsive, and comfortable working remotely How it works: - Apply through iince. We review every application and, when you're a fit, we introduce you to the client. Please share a portfolio, especially admin panels, dashboards, and form-heavy products.
