Staff Product Designer - End-to-End Product Design (Remote, US)

An established US reading-and-writing platform connects millions of readers and writers, and is hiring a Staff Product Designer to work across the full product development process. Reporting to the Director of Product Design, you'll work on multiple projects from ideation to launch, orienting toward the highest-impact opportunities. What you'll do - Own and create high-quality design work that turns product priorities into simple, intuitive solutions - Work across the full process: pitch what gets built, shape scope, plan delivery, and ship with engineers - Orient toward high-impact opportunities across multiple projects - Collaborate with the design function and cross-functional partners, with design reviews and feedback central to the process What we're looking for - Someone who lives and breathes reading and writing, not just software design - Ability to execute on product strategy: pitch, shape scope, and plan delivery - Strong visual design sensibility, attention to detail, and taste - Collaborative with engineering to uphold a quality bar - Welcomes feedback, not precious about the work, and elevates team impact - Empathy for users and teammates, with resilience through feedback - Fluent in Figma How it works Apply through iince.
