Senior Social Media & Digital Graphic Designer (Photoshop/Illustrator) - Remote

A growing digital platform (UK-based startup) is looking for a senior social media and digital designer for a long-term, ongoing collaboration. You'll create premium ad and social creative with a consistent visual identity across the brand's channels. This is a role for an experienced professional - not for AI-generated designs, generic templates or basic Canva work. What you'll do - Design high-quality social posts, multi-slide carousels and stories - Create promotional graphics, YouTube thumbnails, digital banners and advertising creatives - Keep a consistent visual identity across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook - Deliver editable source files (PSD/AI) and platform-optimized exports What we're looking for - Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience - Advanced Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator - Strong branding, typography, composition and visual-storytelling skills - A standout portfolio of original social/digital design - Ability to develop and execute original creative concepts independently - Bonus: After Effects / motion graphics, Premiere Pro / video, art direction, or startup/SaaS experience How it works You apply through iince with your portfolio, your years of experience, the tools you use and your expected pricing.
