The brief
A remote-first digital agency is hiring Senior Product Designers (Webflow) to lead the design and delivery of websites and digital experiences across multiple client engagements. You'll run UX discovery, design polished experiences in Figma, and build production-ready, responsive websites directly in Webflow — owning projects from concept through launch and partnering with engineering only for advanced custom development or integrations. The role starts as an hourly temp engagement with the opportunity to convert to permanent full-time.
What you'll do:
- Conduct UX discovery and define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design high-fidelity experiences in Figma
- Build scalable, production-ready Webflow sites with reusable components and CMS structures
- Optimize for usability, accessibility (WCAG), responsiveness, and SEO
- Own projects end to end, collaborating with engineering for advanced builds and integrations
What we're looking for:
- 5–7 years of UX/UI, product, or digital design experience, ideally agency or consulting
- 2+ years building production-ready websites in Webflow
- Advanced Figma and Webflow skills
- A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from UX strategy through Webflow implementation
- Experience with Webflow CMS Collections, Components, and design systems; Client-First methodology, Relume, Finsweet Attributes
- Strong grasp of UX, responsive design, accessibility, and information architecture
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Nice to have: Lottie/GSAP animations and Webflow integrations (HubSpot, Memberstack, Airtable, Zapier, Make), analytics and A/B testing
