Senior Packaging Designer (Remote, LATAM) - Consumer Goods Brand, Adobe Illustrator & InDesign

An established consumer products brand - working across consumer electronics, wellness and lifestyle - is building out its packaging and visual design function and wants a senior designer to own it end to end. Packaging here is treated as a core brand touchpoint, not just a container, with work organised around real launch cycles, external vendors and production partners. What you'll do - Lead packaging systems from first concept through to production-ready artwork - Produce dielines, print-ready files and layouts in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign - Extend the brand's visual language across retail displays, point-of-sale and campaign assets - Review proofs and press checks, and keep projects on track against launch timelines - Art-direct launches and refreshes, mentor junior designers and document design standards - Present concepts to internal stakeholders and clients What we're looking for - 3+ years in packaging design, brand design or creative direction, owning work from concept to production - A portfolio with at least 2-3 packaging systems that shipped to retail (both structural and graphic) - Advanced Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; solid grasp of substrates, print processes and production specs - Experience designing for consumer electronics, wellness, lifestyle or CPG brands - C1+ English - Nice to have: Adobe Dimension or Cinema 4D for 3D mockups, Figma, retail/POS display design, and vendor relationships How it works This is a full-time remote role based anywhere in LATAM, with flexible hours overlapping US Eastern time for stakeholder presentations.
