Senior Manager, Visual Design - Brand & Creative Leadership (Remote, US)

A venture-backed US health-tech company in the dental industry is adding a Senior Manager of Visual Design to lead and elevate its graphic design team. You'll be the creative authority and steward of the brand's visual identity - setting the standard, developing the team, and building design systems that scale. It's primarily a leadership role, with hands-on design reserved for high-impact projects. What you'll do - Lead, manage, and develop a team of designers across craft, conceptual thinking, and execution - Set and hold the visual standard across all channels and touchpoints - Build scalable design systems, campaign frameworks, and governance processes across global markets - Shape how the brand shows up across campaigns, events, product marketing, and performance channels - Own resourcing and capacity planning, balancing internal workloads with agencies, freelancers, and contractors - Run structured design reviews and give clear, actionable feedback; partner across go-to-market teams What we're looking for - An art director and visual authority able to set and hold the bar across every touchpoint - Proven people leadership: managing and growing designers - Experience building scalable design systems, campaign frameworks, and governance - Strong visual identity and graphic design craft (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) - Awareness of emerging tools, including AI-powered creative workflows - Resourcing and capacity planning experience How it works Apply through iince.
