The brief
A SaaS company working in workforce transformation and skills intelligence is hiring a Product Design Lead to shape the next chapter of its product experience and design organisation. This is a senior player-coach role: you lead and grow the team while staying close to the craft.
What you'll do:
- Set and communicate a clear product design vision
- Lead, manage and coach a product design team
- Shape product strategy alongside Product and Engineering leadership
- Prototype ideas and help teams ship high-quality experiences
What we're looking for:
- Strategic design leadership experience in a player-coach capacity
- Strong hands-on craft and prototyping skills in Figma
- Experience designing complex SaaS products
- A collaborative, ownership-driven approach
