Product Design Director — Online Gaming Platform (Remote, UK)

A fast-growing online sports betting and gaming company based in the UK is hiring a Product Design Director. You will lead product design, define how the experience feels across every surface, and keep craft and ambition at the centre of how the product is built as the company scales. What you'll do: - Lead and line-manage a product design team (around five designers) - Set company-wide experience and craft direction - Embed design in the most important product decisions - Raise and uphold the quality bar across all product surfaces What we're looking for: - Senior product design leadership experience - A track record of managing and growing design teams - Strong product thinking, judgement and ownership - Comfort in a fast-moving, high-iteration environment - Fluency with modern design tooling such as Figma How it works: - This is a full-time, remote (UK) position.
