Lead Product Designer (SaaS) — Remote

A remote-first SaaS company building an AI-powered business operating system for agencies, entrepreneurs and small businesses is hiring a Lead Product Designer. You will own the design of a platform that brings conversations, automation and intelligence together for more than a million businesses across many countries. What you'll do: - Lead product design direction for major parts of a complex SaaS platform - Shape the UI/UX of business tooling used at large scale - Partner across multiple product teams in a fast-moving, remote-first organisation - Hold a high craft bar and turn strategy into shipped experiences What we're looking for: - Senior or lead-level product design experience on complex software - Strong UI/UX craft in Figma - Comfort leading design direction across a large product org - A track record of shipping quality work at pace How it works: - This is a full-time, fully remote position.
