A fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce company in the home/durable medical equipment space is hiring a full-time remote Creative Designer. You'll produce DTC creatives - graphic design and video editing - for ads, web, email, and organic social, turning clear creative direction into fast, consistent, high-quality output. The role is execution-focused and contributes directly to the growth of the company's DTC channel through steady creation and iteration based on feedback. What you'll do - Design DTC creatives for paid ads, website, email, and organic social - Edit short-form video as part of the creative mix - Translate clear creative direction into fast, consistent, on-brand assets - Iterate quickly based on performance and feedback - Keep assets organized and properly stored What we're looking for - Strong graphic design skills across ads, web, email, and social - Comfort with video editing for DTC content - Speed, consistency, and a sharp eye for detail - Experience working from creative direction and feedback loops - Working knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator How it works - Full-time, ongoing, remote role - Apply through iince with your portfolio - We review every application and, when you're a fit, introduce you to the client
