Meta Creative Strategist — Performance Creative & Ad Copy (Remote, Brazil)

A LATAM digital agency that serves US and European e-commerce clients is hiring a full-time, remote Meta Creative Strategist to lead paid-social creative strategy, concept development, creative testing and content iteration across Meta advertising campaigns. A core part of the role is writing the copy — hooks, scripts, angles and testing ideas — and turning customer insight, product benefits and performance data into high-performing ad concepts that drive customer acquisition. What you'll do: - Develop Meta ad concepts, hooks, scripts and angles for eCommerce clients - Build weekly creative testing plans from campaign performance data - Analyze winning and underperforming creatives to find repeatable patterns - Produce UGC briefs, shot lists and creative direction for content teams - Collaborate with media buyers to keep improving campaign performance What we're looking for: - Proven experience creating high-performing Meta advertising creatives in eCommerce - Strong direct-response and messaging strategy - Experience with UGC, product-focused, testimonial, founder-led and offer-based creative - Ability to read creative performance data and spot repeatable winners; comfort with CapCut and similar tools - Proficient English and comfortable with remote collaboration How it works: - Full-time remote role based in Brazil - Apply through iince — we review every application and, when you're a fit, we introduce you to the client.
