Content Marketing Manager - Member-Facing Content (Remote, US)

An established US telehealth company is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to produce member-facing marketing content across its service lines and to own how that content performs once it reaches members. You'll write and produce at volume, keep the brand voice consistent, and be measured by engagement - your contribution to email open and click performance - not just by shipping on time. What you'll do - Produce member-facing content across multiple service lines, at volume - Write and build email copy, including copy and image selection in the Knak email CMS - Create case studies, enablement assets and a content library - Direct freelance, agency and AI-assisted capacity against a brief to meet volume - Hold brand-voice consistency across all member-facing communications Note on scope: this role does not own campaign strategy, the CMS platform/templates, campaign build/QA/send, or send timing. What we're looking for - 5+ years producing consumer, member or patient-facing content at volume - A track record of moving a content engagement metric, not just shipping on time - Experience writing within regulated or clinically sensitive constraints, with the judgment to route to Compliance/Legal when needed - Experience directing freelance, agency or contractor capacity against a brief - Working fluency with AI-assisted drafting plus the editorial judgment to hold quality - Nice to have: healthcare or health-plan content; Knak, Braze or comparable email platforms; accessibility standards; content-library building How it works This is a full-time, remote (US), virtual-first role.
