Senior Art Director — Digital Ads, Social & Motion (Remote)

A creative content agency focused on production-led design is hiring a Senior Art Director to make ads, campaigns and experiences for innovative brands. The role balances hands-on design craft with creative direction: you solve marketing challenges through conceptual thinking and lead projects from ideation through execution alongside motion designers and writers. What you'll do - Concept and design advertising and campaign work across digital, social and motion - Lead projects from idea to final execution with motion designers and copywriters - Present creative work to clients and build trust - Support Associate Creative Directors on pitches - Translate complex product features into clear, engaging stories What we're looking for - Senior-level art direction with strong conceptual thinking and design craft - Experience in digital marketing, social-media landscapes, production and technology - Confident, client-facing presentation skills - Comfort directing cross-functional creative teams from concept to delivery How it works - This is a full-time, remote role within US time zones. - Apply through iince.
