Scriptwriter & Creative Director — Instagram Reels (AI-for-Video, Remote)

A social-media content creator with 270,000+ followers, focused on applying AI to video, is looking for a scriptwriter and creative director to develop innovative scripts and concepts for Instagram Reels and position the personal brand as a reference point in AI for video. You own the ideation, conceptualization and full structure of each video — from the opening hook, through the tutorial content, to the close — working in collaboration with the existing videographer/creator (you won't film or edit yourself). What you'll do - Ideate and conceptualize Reels that stand out in the AI-for-video space - Structure each video end to end: hook, development and close - Shape tutorial and educational formats that teach clearly and hold attention - Keep every concept current with AI and social-media trends - Collaborate closely with the videographer/creator who films and edits What we're looking for - Experience in the content-creator industry - Strong ideation and concept development, plus solid script structuring - A feel for tutorial and educational formats - Up-to-date knowledge of AI and social trends - Skills: scriptwriting, creative writing, copywriting, social content, a working understanding of editing and Instagram How it works This is an ongoing role of roughly 2–5 posts per week.
