Creative Director — VR / XR Immersive Content (Remote)

A virtual-reality and XR content studio is growing its roster and looking for a Creative Director to define and protect the creative vision behind immersive, story-led experiences. You set the artistic, systems and narrative direction and keep a multidisciplinary team pulling in the same direction. What you'll do - Define and nurture the creative vision for VR/XR products across artistic, systems and narrative pillars - Direct a multidisciplinary, prototyping-heavy team and shape raw ideas into one coherent whole - Partner with the Production Manager and Head of Studio on scope, budget and timeline - Review scope continuously to keep projects on time and on budget - Build an environment of collective creativity and decide which ideas make the final experience What we're looking for - Senior or director-level creative leadership, ideally in interactive, games or immersive media - A talent for articulating a clear vision and product direction - Comfort working across art, systems and story at once - Strong collaboration with production and studio leadership How it works - This is a full-time, remote studio role aligned to Americas time zones. - Apply through iince.
