Creative Director - Global Promotional-Products Brand, Hybrid US (Full-Time)

A high-growth, global personalized- and promotional-products company is hiring a Creative Director to inspire and lead its creative teams. You'll raise the emotional connection and quality of the brand's creative through modern design and messaging across every media type, and own creative direction for the company's advertising, campaigns and photo/video work. What you'll do - Lead and mentor design, branding, photography and creative teams - Plan and oversee advertisements and marketing assets, and head up all brand campaigns - Own creative direction for product and lifestyle photography and video shoots - Manage the full suite of digital assets and their taxonomy - Set project deadlines, budgets and content goals with executives and marketing leaders What we're looking for - 10+ years in creative marketing or a closely related role - Proven ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns from strategy through presentation - A strong design foundation and strategic thinking, with the presence to present up to the C-suite - Management experience centered on coaching and developing teams - Design knowledge spanning Adobe Creative Suite and marketing-automation platforms - Experience standing up a photo and/or video studio is a strong bonus - Working understanding of graphic design, video editing, client billing, analytics, project-management and social tools How it works Apply through iince.
