Creative Director — Integrated Communications Agency (Oman / GCC)

A leading communications agency (Oman / GCC market) is hiring a senior Creative Director to lead its Creative and Design department. You hold overall responsibility for the agency's creative product: setting the creative vision, guiding concept development and the execution of integrated campaigns, and leading a multidisciplinary team of art directors, designers, copywriters and motion artists. The role sits at the intersection of business strategy and design excellence, partnering with the executive team to drive growth and win pitches. What you'll do - Set the creative vision and own creative operations, resourcing and workflows - Guide campaign concept development across digital, print, social, OOH and experiential - Lead high-stakes pitch presentations as the senior creative voice - Act as the final gatekeeper for all creative deliverables - Manage, scale and inspire the creative department - Partner with the executive team to drive growth and win new business What we're looking for - 10+ years in a creative agency, with 3–5 years as Creative Director or senior creative lead - World-class portfolio of strategically grounded integrated campaigns - Hands-on command of art direction, copywriting, digital innovation and brand building - Exceptional presentation and persuasion skills, comfortable presenting to C-level - Commercial awareness of agency profitability and resource optimisation How it works Apply through iince.
