Creative Director - Brand & Packaging Studio, Remote LATAM (USD, Full-Time)

A brand and packaging design studio that works for US consumer brands - across categories like tequila, wine, water, supplements and skin care, with products on shelves at major US retailers - is hiring a Creative Director to own brands end to end. Today every concept and client "wow" moment runs through one person (the founder); this role takes ownership of the concept, the client relationship, the presentation, the deadlines and the team doing the work. The ideal hire came up through design, grew out of executing and into directing, and can make a concept stronger and build a story around it that lands with clients. What you'll do - Own brands end to end: concept, client relationship, presentation, deadlines and team - Strengthen concepts and build the moodboards and story around them - Lead client calls and presentations, and explain why a design works - not just that it does - Direct a team of senior designers and lead projects start to finish - Work directly with the founder, with real say in how the studio grows What we're looking for - Came up through design with years in the craft, then grew into directing rather than executing - Can see a concept and know how to make it stronger; strong at moodboards and storytelling - Excellent English and strong presentation skills - you'll lead calls and client rooms - Warm, organized and quick; you earn trust from clients and designers fast - Able to lead a project and a team of senior designers How it works Apply through iince.
