Creative Director — Animation & Motion Graphics Studio (Remote Contract)

A growing animation and motion-graphics studio (MENA / Cairo) is hiring an experienced Creative Director to lead its creative direction across animation, motion graphics, branding, rebranding and visual storytelling. This is a leadership role for someone who goes beyond execution — shaping strong creative concepts, elevating quality and consistency, and building the creative standards and systems the studio needs as it scales. What you'll do - Lead the creative direction of key projects from brief to final delivery - Develop concepts, treatments, moodboards, styleframes and visual directions - Lead branding and rebranding work and visual-identity systems - Review output for quality and consistency - Mentor designers and motion artists - Build creative workflows and review systems with Production and Project Management What we're looking for - 8+ years in creative direction, design, motion or branding - Strong portfolio showing both creative thinking and leadership - Solid branding/rebranding and visual-identity experience - Deep understanding of design, motion graphics and visual storytelling - Proven ability to lead and mentor creative teams - Strong communication and presentation skills How it works Apply through iince.
