Creative & Content Director (Growth Marketing) — Beauty & Skincare E-commerce

An established beauty-technology and skincare e-commerce brand (GCC/MENA market) is hiring a commercially minded Creative & Content Director to connect creative direction, content production and marketing performance. This is a senior leadership role with a hands-on mindset, owning both the Design & Creative and Content & Social Media functions. What you'll do - Set creative direction and standards across digital channels and campaigns - Shape campaign concepts, storytelling and brand consistency - Lead ideation, scripts, briefs and video concepts - Build content strategy and calendars tied to marketing objectives - Oversee advertising creative, video, social and product campaigns - Partner with paid media (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok) to test and refine concepts - Direct and develop designers, content creators, editors and production teams - Track creative, content and commercial performance What we're looking for - 7–10+ years in creative leadership, content or digital marketing - 3+ years leading teams or cross-functional projects - Portfolio of strong creative direction and effective digital campaigns - Practical grasp of paid social, content strategy, audience behaviour and performance measurement - Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills How it works Apply through iince.
