The brief
An established US advertising agency with its own in-house production team is hiring an experienced creative producer, cinematographer and editor to take commercial projects from first concept through final delivery. You'll own concept development, producing, directing, shooting, lighting, editing and color grading for advertising and branded content, working alongside the agency's creative and account teams and helping shape its creative vision.
What you'll do
- Develop concepts and lead productions, pairing creative judgment with hands-on technical execution
- Produce and direct shoots, including managing talent and crew
- Oversee casting, scheduling and budgeting; keep productions on time and on budget
- Build shot lists, schedules and pre-production materials
- Shoot with advanced cinematography, lighting, composition and camera movement; edit and grade
What we're looking for
- Professional experience with Sony and RED cinema camera systems
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects and Photoshop
- Command of RAW/Log workflows, sound design, media management and broadcast/OTT/digital delivery specs
- A commercial advertising or branded-content reel (wedding, live-event, corporate-interview or event-recap work is not a fit)
How it works
This is a full-time, hybrid role based primarily at the agency's Texas studio (on-site Monday–Thursday, work-from-home Friday, with occasional early, evening or weekend shoots). You'll independently execute smaller productions and collaborate with larger crews from concept through shoot and post. Benefits include medical, dental and vision cover, a 401(k) match and paid time off. Apply through iince — we review every application and, when you're a strong fit, introduce you to the agency. Please be ready to share a resume, salary requirements and a commercial reel that identifies your exact contributions.
