AI Creative Director — Animation & Visual Content (Remote, Mexico)

An animation and visual-content studio is hiring an AI creative director to lead the creative vision of its animation and visual-content projects. The role blends creative leadership with hands-on execution — using AI tools, prompt engineering, storytelling and video editing to turn ideas into compelling visual experiences — and works with clients and multidisciplinary teams from concept through final delivery. What you'll do - Lead the creative vision from concept to final delivery and translate client goals into visual storytelling - Develop concepts, keyframes, style frames and visual presentations - Write prompts for AI image and video generation - Guide and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams - Present work to clients and fold in their feedback What we're looking for - 5+ years as a creative director, art director, creative lead or similar - A strong portfolio in storytelling, visual development and creative leadership - Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams - Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and prompt engineering - Strong video editing skills; fluent Spanish and advanced English How it works This is a full-time, remote role on North American hours.
