Bilingual Turkish/English Content Moderator (On-site, Thessaloniki) - Full-time

A global digital-services provider is hiring a bilingual Turkish/English Content Moderator for its Thessaloniki, Greece site. You help keep a family of social media apps safe by applying content policy to posts, videos and profiles. What you'll do - Review and score digital content - videos, news stories, images, political ads and profiles - on age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content and political transparency - Apply the client's content policy and handling procedures consistently - Monitor abuse reports and enforce the platform's terms of use - Escalate issues and keep your KPIs on target - Use the on-site wellness and counseling support available What we're looking for - Fluent in English and Turkish (read and speak) - At least one year of operations experience in shared services or a customer-experience environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, empathy and cultural awareness of the Turkish market - Willing to view graphic or disturbing content, with wellness support in place How it works - Apply through iince.
