Trust & Safety Agent (Live Shopping Marketplace) - Remote US, Full-time

A live shopping marketplace is hiring a Trust & Safety (Trust & Risk) Agent to protect the integrity of its platform. You investigate risk, enforce policy and keep the buyer and seller experience safe and fair. Remote within the US, with in-person time at the Phoenix, AZ hub. What you'll do - Review suspicious behavior daily to prevent financial losses and protect good users - Conduct in-depth transaction-level reviews and investigate Trust & Risk cases of medium complexity and high sensitivity - Communicate with customers over email and chat on trust and risk inquiries - Identify trends and present mitigation opportunities - Use data and key metrics to make consistent, informed decisions - Meet interdepartmental SLAs while keeping quality high What we're looking for - Experience in trust & safety, fraud, risk or investigations - Strong written communication and sound judgment under sensitive conditions - Comfortable working from data and metrics - Able to live within commuting distance of the Phoenix, AZ hub How it works - Apply through iince.
