Swedish Trust & Safety Support & Moderation — Hybrid Malta

We're hiring a Swedish-speaking Trust & Safety Support agent for a full-time hybrid role (home + the Qormi office in Malta) with a dedicated Trust & Safety vendor for online marketplaces. The role blends marketplace customer support with hands-on content moderation and fraud/policy enforcement. What you'll do - Support Swedish-speaking users by email across marketplace questions - Monitor and respond to fraud and policy violations, taking swift action when needed - Apply platform and publication rules and feed back improvements to the moderation rules - Manage buyer/seller complaints and disputes in line with platform policies - Handle returns, price adjustments, claims, payments and refunds - Stay sharp through regular training on publication rules, market trends and moderation best practice What we're looking for - Fluent Swedish and good English, written and spoken - Sharp decision-making in a fast-moving environment - Reliability and exceptional attention to detail - A genuine drive to help people and keep them safe online - An interest in e-commerce, marketplaces or digital platforms is a plus How it works Apply through iince.
