The brief
A consumer brand active on social media (Spanish-speaking market, Latin America and Spain) is looking for a Spanish-speaking moderator and community support freelancer to keep its channels clean, responsive and on-brand.
This is an ongoing engagement of more than 20 hours per week, worked fully remotely.
What you'll do
- Reply to customer direct messages across social platforms and share product information such as prices and delivery details
- Moderate comments on live streams and posts in real time, removing inappropriate or off-brand content
- Keep communication professional, friendly and consistent with the brand's voice
- Help protect a positive brand image and ensure the audience gets quick, useful answers
What we're looking for
- Native or fluent written Spanish
- Experience in content moderation and/or customer service on social media
- Comfortable handling live-stream comment moderation and high message volumes
- Reliable, discreet and able to commit 20+ hours per week
