Social Media Content Moderator — On-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma (US)

An established global customer-experience company is expanding its Tulsa, Oklahoma team and looking for Social Media Content Moderators. You will help keep online communities safe by reviewing user content and making sure it follows local policies, platform rules and community standards. This is a full-time, on-site position. What you'll do - Review video, image and text content and carry out quality checks - Apply detailed content policies and guidelines consistently and accurately - Decide whether reported content complies with local laws and platform rules - Escalate anything that falls outside policy to the right team - Meet agreed turnaround times and quality targets - Stay current on online community standards and social media culture What we're looking for - High school diploma or GED - Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) - Clear written and spoken English and good comprehension - High attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly - The resilience to view graphic and potentially disturbing content - A good feel for social media trends and pop culture Pay and setup - $17.50 per hour, with daily or weekly pay options - Health, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), paid training and tuition reimbursement - On-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma — you must be authorised to work in the US How it works Apply through iince.
