Social Media Content Moderator — On-site in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam)

A global customer-experience company is hiring Content Moderators in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to moderate user-generated content on a major social media platform. You will review graphic images, video and written content to make sure it meets community guidelines, escalate anything that breaks the rules, and help keep the platform a positive space for its users. This is a full-time, on-site role. What you'll do - Moderate user-generated content on a social media platform - Review strong graphic images, video and written content against community guidelines - Investigate and resolve reports of potentially abusive content - Enforce the platform's terms of use - Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards - Spot trends and patterns and escalate issues outside policy to the global team What we're looking for - A minimum English level (agreed external test) plus the supported market language - A minimum score on a reasoning/analytical test - A bachelor's degree or further education is desirable - At least 1 year of prior operations experience in a shared-service or BPO environment - High cultural awareness of the supported market's social and political context - Strong communication skills and empathy How it works Apply through iince.
