Russian/English Content Moderator — On-site Thessaloniki, Greece

We're hiring a bilingual Russian/English Content Moderator for a full-time, on-site role in Thessaloniki, Greece with an international Trust & Safety provider. You'll keep a social-media family of apps safe by applying the client's content policy to everyday user-generated content. What you'll do - Review content each day and score it on age-appropriateness, level of violence, sexual content and political transparency - Apply the client's content policy and enforce the terms of use, acting on reports of abuse - Identify subtle differences in meaning across languages and moderate accurately - Meet internal SLAs and KPIs and escalate issues through the right channels What we're looking for - Fluent Russian and English (reading and writing both) - High school graduate or above - Computer literate: Windows and macOS, Microsoft Office, Google applications; familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk and Slack is helpful - Strong critical thinking, communication, attention to detail and adaptability - Resilient, calm and professional with disturbing content; trustworthy with high integrity How it works Apply through iince.
