Portuguese/English Content Moderator — Remote (6-month contract)

We're hiring a bilingual Portuguese/English Content Moderator for a remote, six-month engagement with an international Trust & Safety provider that keeps large social platforms safe. You'll review digital content every day and apply the client's content policy with good judgement and consistency. What you'll do - Review videos, news items, images, political ads and social media profiles each day - Score content on age-appropriateness, level of violence, sexual content and political transparency - Enforce the platform's terms of use and act on reports of abuse - Escalate edge cases and policy questions through the right channels to protect quality and KPIs What we're looking for - Fluent Portuguese and English (reading and speaking both) - At least one year in operations, shared services or a customer experience environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong written and verbal communication, empathy and cultural awareness of the relevant market - Emotional resilience for exposure to graphic or disturbing material; wellness and resiliency support is provided How it works Apply through iince.
