Content Moderator — Legal Content Removal (Thai & English) — On-site Kuala Lumpur

A global technology and business-process company is hiring a Content Moderator for legal content removal in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Your main job is to spot and remove content on a client portal that may break the law, and to apply copyright rules under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This is a full-time, on-site role in a 24x7 operation. What you'll do - Work through ticket queues and complete assigned cases within target times (TAT) - Learn and apply the client's internal copyright policies - Assess legal complaints and decide whether allegedly infringing content must be removed - Raise and track issues through the full ticket lifecycle - Keep strict confidentiality and meet tight deadlines What we're looking for - A relevant qualification, or 2-3+ years' experience in a multinational company (law graduates welcome) - Excellent communication in Thai and English - Strong attention to detail, observation, time management and organisation - A client-facing, customer-focused approach - Comfort reviewing explicit and sensitive text, images and video - Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment How it works Apply through iince.
