Content Moderator — German Speaker (Lisbon, Social & E-commerce)

iince is publishing this role for a multinational customer-experience (BPO) provider supporting the social-media and e-commerce areas of a client platform. As a German-speaking moderator based in central Lisbon, you keep content safe and policies applied consistently. What you'll do - Review content and reported issues within agreed latency and turnaround SLAs and quality standards - Monitor user behaviour and enforce platform policies consistently across diverse scenarios - Handle sensitive issues independently, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism - Escalate cases according to the knowledge base What we're looking for - Fluent German (C1) and English (B2), written and spoken - A college degree or equivalent diploma - A strong understanding of e-commerce and experience with moderation services - Comfortable with social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising - Available for 24/7 rotating shifts, with rational decision-making and local-market awareness How it works This is a full-time role based on-site in central Lisbon on 24/7 rotating shifts.
