English Content Moderation Specialist — Trust & Safety (On-site)

We're hiring an English-speaking Content Moderation Specialist for a full-time role with an international Trust & Safety / BPO provider. You'll make sure user-generated content lines up with platform guidelines, company policies and community standards, keeping the online community safe and engaging. What you'll do - Review, analyse and moderate online content - Evaluate flagged content and take action to remove, restrict or escalate it - Respond to user questions about content decisions - Report trends, risks and policy violations, and keep detailed records of your decisions and escalations - Work with internal teams to improve moderation policies and stay current on evolving standards What we're looking for - Fluent English - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in content moderation, social media management or customer support is a plus - Good understanding of online communities and social media trends - Analytical, objective and resilient with sensitive content; detail-oriented and well organised - Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays How it works Apply through iince.
