Content Moderator — Dutch Speaker (Lisbon, Relocation Support)

iince is publishing this role for a multinational customer-experience (BPO) provider that runs trust & safety operations for a major social video / user-generated-content platform. As a Dutch-speaking moderator based in Lisbon, you help keep the platform and its users safe. Please note: this work involves regular exposure to sensitive material, which can include violence, pornography, vulgar content and misinformation. What you'll do - Review user-generated content — video, image, text and audio — against platform policies - Respond to customer inquiries about trust & safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals - Help ensure user and brand safety across the platform - Work within a 24/7 shift rotation What we're looking for - Fluent Dutch and a good level of English - Up to date with social media trends - Strong communication and active-listening skills - A team player, comfortable working with colleagues of many nationalities - Motivated and committed, and willing to work abroad and on rotating shifts How it works This is a full-time (40 hrs/week), long-term fixed-term contract, renewable each year, based in Lisbon.
