Conversation Moderator (On-site, Mohali) - Content & Trust Operations, Full-time

A global outsourcing and digital-services provider is building conversation-moderation teams at its Mohali, India site. This is a full-time, on-site seat supporting technology clients across social media, e-commerce, gaming, streaming and delivery. What you'll do - Review user conversations and messages and apply the client's content and conduct policies consistently - Flag and escalate violations to keep the platform safe - Meet the quality and productivity targets for your queue - Make use of the available wellness support, given the sensitive nature of the content What we're looking for - Comfortable reviewing user conversations and applying written policies - Based in, or able to work on-site in, Mohali, India - Attention to detail and sound judgment - Shift and policy specifics are shared during the hiring process How it works - Apply through iince.
