Content Moderator — English/Hindi + Regional Language (On-site, India)

We're hiring a Content Moderator for a full-time, in-office role in Gandhinagar with an international Trust & Safety / BPO provider. You'll review user-generated content and keep online platforms safe by enforcing community guidelines and platform policies. What you'll do - Review user-generated text, images, videos and profiles for compliance with community guidelines and platform policies - Identify, flag and remove inappropriate content such as hate speech, violence, harassment and explicit material - Use automated moderation tools and follow established escalation paths for complex or sensitive cases - Document moderation decisions and keep strict confidentiality - Provide user support across email, chat and social media - Collaborate with internal teams on emerging content trends and policy updates What we're looking for - Strong written and spoken English and Hindi, plus proficiency in one of: Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam or Kannada - 1-2 years of content moderation experience - Comfortable in a 24x7 shift environment - Emotional resilience for disturbing or sensitive content - Strong digital literacy, sound judgement and decision-making How it works Apply through iince.
