Content Moderation Advisor — On-site in Irbid (Jordan)

A global customer-experience company is hiring a Content Moderation Advisor in Irbid, Jordan. You will make sure user content is correctly categorised and free of illegal material, in line with the client's rules — reviewing flagged accounts and sensitive content and escalating anything that breaks policy. This is a full-time, on-site, shift-based role. What you'll do - Review online content against published policies and regulatory requirements - Process and review accounts flagged for potentially sensitive content - Visually navigate images, videos, accounts and text - Escalate policy violations using internal tools - Meet monthly targets, including productivity KPIs What we're looking for - 0-2 years of relevant experience - A bachelor's degree in any related field - Basic to intermediate English - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office - Awareness of customer-service platforms and tools - Comfort handling highly sensitive and explicit content daily Setup - On-site, shift-based work including some weekends and public holidays - Paid training plus benefits and vouchers How it works Apply through iince.
