Bilingual Content Moderator (French & English) — On-site in Casablanca

A global customer-experience company is hiring Bilingual Content Moderators (French & English) in Casablanca, Morocco. You will review user-generated content — text, images and video — in both languages to make sure it follows platform policies and community standards, flagging and escalating anything that breaks the guidelines. This is a full-time, permanent (CDI) position. What you'll do - Review user-generated text, images and video in French and English - Identify and escalate content that violates guidelines, policies or safety standards - Apply moderation rules objectively and consistently - Document incidents with accurate reporting - Work with local and global teams in a fast-paced environment What we're looking for - A good command of French and English - Comfort reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content - Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and emotional resilience - Good communication and organisation skills - Previous content moderation experience is a plus Setup - Permanent contract (CDI) with initial training - Private health insurance plus social security (CNSS), performance-based bonuses and provided transport - Day and night shifts, including weekends when needed How it works Apply through iince.
