Content Moderation Specialist — Arabic Speaker (Remote/Hybrid, Bulgaria)

iince is publishing this role for a trust & safety team at a digital media / user-generated-content platform, hiring Arabic-speaking moderators based in Bulgaria. You keep the platform safe by reviewing content in Arabic and making objective enforcement decisions. Prior experience is an advantage, but entry-level candidates are welcome. What you'll do - Review, analyse and monitor Arabic user-generated content — text, image, audio and video — for compliance with platform policies, copyright rules and safety standards - Identify and flag inappropriate content, hate speech, misinformation and policy violations - Make accurate, objective moderation decisions in high-volume situations - Escalate complex policy edge cases and urgent safety issues to team leads and legal compliance What we're looking for - Native or near-native Arabic (C1/C2) and strong English (B2+), written and spoken - EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria, and based in Bulgaria - Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays - A quiet home workspace and high-speed internet - Strong critical thinking, emotional resilience, objective decision-making and cultural awareness How it works This is a full-time role on a 24/7 rotation, worked remotely within Bulgaria or hybrid with office days.
